WTC Sao Paulo facilitates market-entry strategy for the Turkish White Goods sector in Brazil

São Paulo - World Trade Center São Paulo hosted in November a delegation of the Turkish White Good industries, led by TET (Turkish Electro Technology) and BEYSAD (White Goods Suppliers Association) interested in doing business in Brazil. On this occasion nine White Goods component manufacturers requested assistance to develop contacts and find potential opportunities of business cooperation in Brazil.

The White Goods market in Brazil is very heated and competitive market, mainly due the rise of the most popular classes of Brazilian society, reflected in a bigger purchase power, with a greater demand for quality products. Due these facts, several international companies turn their eyes to the Brazilian market as a great opportunity to expand it frontiers with a fair profitability.

Between November 25th to the 28th, the World Trade Center São Paulo organized B2B meetings with different industries all over Brazil as well as field visits to the largest factories of washing machines, ovens, refrigerators, etc. as Whirlpool (Rio Claro – São Paulo) and Electrolux (Curitiba– São Paulo).

Over 70 meetings were eventuated , and the perspective is to generate long term supplying contracts during 2014. The same group is expected to return to Brazil and deepen the ties established.

The World Trade Center São Paulo develops internationalization strategies to the local and foreign companies, aiming to prepare, promote and connect them to actually make fruitful business in the targeted market.
