ASUNCION, PARAGUAY - The first tower of 20 floors of the World Trade Center Asunción complex would reach the ceiling by the end of April, said President of Capitalis S.A., Mr. Víctor González Acosta, who also said that this work would serve to Paraguay as a “trading platform to the World."

President of Capitalis S.A., Mr. Víctor González Acosta announced that by the end of April would be finished construction of the structure of the first 20-floors tower at World Trade Center Asuncion complex, a work that would serve to Paraguay as a “trade platform to and from the world.”
"We are planning to conclude in late April the first tower structure and consecutively concluding the others”, announced the architect in conversation with Radio Nacional of Paraguay. Said the project is running on schedule and, the next year we will be inaugurating this building complex that belongs to everyone in the city and the country."
World Trade Center Asunción, is located in the heart of the new corporate center of Asuncion City, will consist of four towers of 20 floors each, with a total area of over 83,000 m2. The total investment of the project is around USD 70 millions.
Mr. González Acosta believes that beyond the real estate issue, the importance of this big project will be to have an institution that establish in Paraguay an International Trade platform.
"It is essential to have trading platforms worldwide, that can open doors and windows to our small businesses and our products all over the world, and vice versa, attracting foreign investors with great local business opportunities; these will be the main contribution of WTC Asunción.
