Bakery Fair

The International Exhibition on Bakery, Confectionery and Food service Equipment and Supplies showcases under one roof the technological advancements and techniques in baking. The exhibition is organized by the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association Inc. (FCBAl), and is supported by the 13 country-members of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery and Confectionery Association within members of both associations participating together with other allied industry players. The Bakery Fair helps both trade buyers and enthusiasts, gain competitive intelligence about market trends and tracks opportunities for the industry.
