Hoffman Murcia is a Colombian-born executive educated in the United States, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an honorary Ph.D. in Environmental Science. He has held senior leadership roles across the private and government sectors in both Colombia and the United States, with experience in multinational organizations including BASF, Cushman & Wakefield, and the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

He is the Founder and CEO of World Trade Center Barranquilla, holding the official and exclusive membership license owned by LATAM Projects Inc., Florida. His work is focused on advancing international trade, strengthening global business relationships, and promoting economic growth through strategic international engagement.

Murcia resides in Cartagena, Colombia, and Delray Beach, Florida.
