WTC St. Petersburg organized B2B meetings for Dutch companies

World Trade Center St. Petersburg organized a full matchmaking program for the Dutch companies. The meetings took place in WTC St. Petersburg from 4 to 5 July 2013. All the Netherlands’ companies are the clients of WTC Twente, key WTC St. Petersburg’s partner.

Matchmaking includes meetings preparation and administration: during the entire period of the two-day event over 40 meetings with 20 organizations was held and numerous agreements and contracts were signed.

As the organizer of B2B meetings WTC St. Petersburg provided the following services:

• Pre-selection of companies willing to participate in the event
• Preparation of a special meetings schedule
• Modern and well equipped venue
• Administration of the negotiation area
• Travel support for Russian and foreign participant
