WTC Panama connects with KITA, South Korea

Panama City, Panama — The newly appointed Executive Director, Mr. Remy Swaab and President Mr. Guillermo Ronderos of WTC Panama, had the honor of receiving Director General of Americas Department of WTC Seoul, Mr. Jungseok Choi in WTC Panama in April. Director Choi was given a tour of the WTC Panama Complex finalizing in a meeting where Director Choi expressed his interest in establishing a direct communications channel with WTC Panama to enable future cooperation.

The wish to work closely with WTC Panama was again expressed in a consequent meeting between Mr. Swaab and Dr. Duck-Soo Han, former Prime Minister of South Korea and currently serving as Chairman of KITA, during the WTCA General Assembly 2014 in Bucharest. One of the topics they discussed was the potential markets available in Panama for the vast South Korean KITA network.
