NEW YORK, NY, USA - The World Trade Centers Association (“WTCA”) has named Estelle Leclercq as its new Regional Development Manager for Europe based at the premises of the WTC Lille. Her starting date will be June 17, 2014.
During the past 9 years, Ms. Leclercq has been a Senior Manager at the WTC Lille where she was heavily involved in its core functions including the Business Club, Business Services and Member Services. She has also worked extensively with other regional institutions and organizations devoted to international trade.
WTCA’s CEO, Eric Dahl, said the WTCA selected Ms. Leclercq “based on the knowledge, experience and enthusiasm that she brings to the position”, and also due to her skills in interacting with numerous WTC Members throughout Europe.
Prior to her tenure at the WTC Lille, Ms. Leclercq was involved with political election campaigns as well as executive recruitment. She has also worked for the Franco Belgian Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Leclercq holds degrees in English and German from Lille University.
