Moscow’s World Trade Center represented by Deputy General Director Victoria Oseledko and Director of Moscow WTC’s Crowne Plaza Hotel Elena Belashova is taking part in FITUR 2014, an international tourist show, taking place from January 22 to 26 in Madrid, Spain.
The WTC Moscow’s delegation together with an official representative of Moscow’s Tourist Committee and representatives of the major tourist companies managing tourist inflow have taken part in the ceremonial opening of the Russian booth at the show. The World Trade Center Moscow and Moscow WTC’s Сrowne Plaza Hotel have run a presentation for members of the press and Spain’s tourist operators.
At the show, the delegates had a series of meetings with executives of Panavision, Turmundial, Condor, Elcortingles and TUI Travel. Among other matters, they discussed the prospects of the future summer tourist season. The regional director of TUI Travel in EMEA assured the Russian delegation that his company is doing whatever is required for expansion of the business flow this year, and growing flight reservation quotas to Russia’s capital bear witness to the fact.
At the talks, it was mentioned that Moscow WTC’s Crowne Plaza Hotel is Moscow’s key hotel accommodating Spanish tourists, and it is in high demand among its guests who value its impeccable service quality and wide range of services.
The talks resulted in a contract on accommodation of tourist chain groups in the summer season of 2014. The agreement was signed by WTC Moscow’s Deputy General Director Victoria Oseledko and Sergei Voytovich, General Director of Svoy TT LLC, an official representative of TUI Travel in Russia.
“The signing of the contract with Svoy TT is an important event for WTC Moscow’s Crowne Plaza Hotel in the 2014 summer season,” commented the hotel’s director Elena Balashova. “We are fully ready to receive large numbers of Spanish tourists, and we hope for an increase of the tourist flow this year.”
