Expert Council meeting on solving the problem of increasing the international competitiveness of Russian HEI organized by The Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO was held at the WTC Moscow.

During the session a meeting took place between the Russian Prime-minister Dmitry Medvedev, Minister of Education Dmitry Livanov and Deputy Minister of Education Aleksander Povalko.

The most venerable guests were welcomed by Director General of WTC Moscow Vladimir Salamatov.
