ASUNCIÓN, PARAGUAY - World Trade Center Asunción is the biggest real estate project in the history of the city. The construction of this iconic building complex is running on schedule, and will soon start the commercialization of offices spaces for end users who want to secure a place within the complex.

Accompanying that great progress, Capitalis S.A., WTC Asunción licensee, now is launching offices spaces sales for end users with several options to finance the purchase. Sales are intended for professionals and companies who want to secure a place in WTC Asunción, through buying one or more offices. The spaces are also available to interested foreign companies.

As planned from the very beginning, the commercialization process will start with the two towers located in the rear side (3&4). Those towers have 7 floors of parking, retail stores on the ground and also in the terrace on the 4th level, 12 floors of corporate offices of 540 sqm. each. As a first stage, 8 floors which house 32 offices spaces, will be available. Then sales will continue with tower 3, in this case floors with 2 offices each would be offered.
