On Monday, June 2, Copema held a pre-launch meeting for the residential phase of the World Trade Center Ribeirão Preto, marking a new milestone for the city. The event brought together more than 400 professionals from the real estate sector, in addition to the presence of the region's main media outlets.

Integrated with Ribeirão Shopping, the development includes the implementation of a mixed-use real estate project with approximately 50,000 m² of built area, designed to be a complete urban hub strengthened by the Work, Life and Play concept, bringing together space for living, working, leisure and services in a single environment — with international standards of quality and sophistication.
