The foundation stone for World Trade Center Thiruvananthapuram was laid at Technopark Phase I campus, the city’s flagship IT park under the Government of Kerala. Spread across 4.85 acres, the development is envisioned as an iconic mixed-use project with premium commercial towers along with Marriott hotel. Once complete, WTC Thiruvananthapuram will serve as a global hub for innovation, investment, and economic growth in the region.
The ceremony began with a traditional Bhoomi Puja, followed by the unveiling of the plaque by Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary, Department of Electronics & IT, Government of Kerala, and Shri Sandip Kumar IAS, CEO of Technopark.
The event was attended by distinguished leaders from the industry and Technopark community, including M R Jaishankar, Chairman, Brigade Group; Vineet Verma, MD, World Trade Centers; Hrishikesh Nair, President, WTC; Roshin Mathew, Executive Director, Brigade Group; Manjunath Prasad, President – Engineering, Brigade Group; G. Vijayaraghavan, Founder-CEO, Technopark; Col. Sanjeev Nair, former CEO of Technopark; and S. N. Raghuchandran Nair, MD, SI Properties.
The day also witnessed the inauguration of Brigade Square, a 1.85 lakh sq. ft. commercial building at the Technopark campus, marking another significant step forward in our journey.
