The Talent Experience Series brings together HR and business leaders to understand how workplace environments influence employee experience and drive organizational success.

The second edition of the series, held at World Trade Center Kochi, sparked conversations on creating inclusive spaces that go beyond design to influence engagement, power dynamics, and belonging. The panel discussed how environments impact employee experience, accessibility, and talent attraction & retention. The discussion also highlighted why inclusivity must extend beyond physical accessibility to include psychologically safe and gender-inclusive spaces.
