The Vietnam–Korea Character Licensing Festival (VKCLF) and the Vietnam Licensing Expo 2025 (VLE 2025) officially opened at the WTC BDNC EXPO from November 13 – 15, 2025 , with the participation of distinguished delegates, experts, and enterprises from both Vietnam and Korea.

The event marks an important milestone in promoting bilateral cooperation in copyright, technology transfer, and the development of the creative cultural industry, aiming toward a sustainable and innovative future.

Notably, in conjunction with VKCLF, the Vietnam Licensing Expo (VLE 2025) is being held for the first time at the WTC Expo, featuring more than 150 exhibitors, including manufacturers, creators, retailers, investors, international buyers, and leading IP owners from Vietnam and abroad. This year’s exhibition highlights the cultural industry model within the Innovation Industrial Park, where creative content and industrial production are directly connected.
