Binh Duong Province is rapidly becoming a prime destination for investment in southern Vietnam, driven by its strategic focus on expanding regional connectivity and digital infrastructure.
At the heart of this development are major transport projects improving inter-provincial linkages. A key highlight is the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project—part of a national infrastructure initiative—stretching 207 km, with 47.8 km running through Binh Duong. This section will include eight expressway lanes, a design speed of 100 km/h, and is developed by a consortium including Becamex IDC, the Technical Infrastructure Development JSC, and Deo Ca Group.
Once completed, Ring Road 4 will connect with Ring Road 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City–Thu Dau Mot–Chon Thanh Expressway. This strategic linkage will ease traffic congestion, boost goods circulation, and connect provinces and key urban areas. It also opens up space for industrial, urban, and service development while enhancing regional security and promoting the growth of satellite cities around Ho Chi Minh City.
Within the province, major upgrades to roads DT743, DT746, and DT747B—totaling nearly VND 2,400 billion in investment—have improved access between industrial parks, logistics hubs, and seaports. These strategic routes play a crucial role in supporting Binh Duong’s fast-growing industrial and export-oriented economy.
Binh Duong is also prioritizing the development of modern, large-scale industrial infrastructure. In partnership with provincial agencies and developers like Becamex IDC, the province is preparing a 786-hectare Specialized Industrial Park for Mechanical Engineering. With an expected investment of over VND 75,000 billion, the project will support advanced manufacturing and high-skilled job creation, strengthening the province’s value chain capabilities.
Complementing its physical infrastructure, Binh Duong is advancing smart city and digital initiatives to support businesses, investors, and urban development. From high-speed data systems to integrated public services, digital infrastructure is being embedded across industrial and urban zones to promote innovation, governance, and sustainable growth.
Together, these developments reflect Binh Duong’s long-term vision: to become a connected, competitive, and investment-ready province at the forefront of Vietnam’s industrial transformation.
