On January 6, 2021, the People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province, Vietnam and Gangnam-gu District, Seoul, Republic of Korea, held an online MOU signing ceremony for “Strategic Cooperation Agreement to promote international trade activities and cultural exchange”.
