HE Mark Van de Vreken, Consul General Consulate General of Belgium, Chennai and Mr. Gaurav Gupta, IAS, Principal Secretary IT, Biotechnologies, Sciences & Technologies, Government of Karnataka was the Chief Guests for the program.
