About World Trade Center Nanjing
The Nanjing World Trade Center is being developed by The F&T Group, who is investing in the project together with a real estate fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets. WTC Nanjing is designed by the internationally known architectural firm- Gensler, with a total construction area of 440,000 square meters. Following the philosophy of green sustainable development, World Trade Center Nanjing is designed in compliance with the LEED gold and silver certification standards. The future landmark of Nanjing will consist of a Class A office tower, five-star hotel which includes serviced apartment units, luxury residential towers, and a retail center.
