Changchun is the capital and largest city of the Jilin province in Northeast China. It is administered as a sub-provincial city. Changchun is an important transportation hub of Northeast China, as it is situated as the Northeast Asia's geometric center. Known as China's Automobile City, Changchun is the largest automobile manufacturing base in China, with one of its better known nicknames "China's Detroit".
