About World Trade Center Anyang
WTC ANYANG IS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT.
WTC Anyang is located in the High-tech Zone of Anyang City, Henan Province. The projected investment of the WTC is about 800 million RMB which covers an area of about 20,000 square meters with a total floor area of about 116,000 square meters. It is expected to be topped out in the second half of the year 2014 and put into operation in the first half of the year 2015. The project includes a five-star hotel with 321 guest rooms, catering, conference and recreational facilities and a 26-story office building of 99.8 meters in height with a total floor area of about 46,000 square meters. It is designed and built according to the Green Building Three Star Standard—the highest standard for green building in China.
