In 2002 graduated from the Russian Academy of Foreign Trade with the diploma (with honors) on International economy. Attended special courses in Geneva - WTO Secretariat on multilateral trade negotiations; in Brussels - CEC - Trade Remedies; in Stockholm - Market access and WTO safeguard measures, in Ottawa - Carlton University - WTO and multilateral trade negotiations.
As the Deputy Head of the Market Access Unit in the Department of Trade Negotiations of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, he took part in official negotiations with EU on trade remedies, trade in steel products, and Russia's accession to the WTO.
After the Ministry, he worked as an expert and lately as the Director of the Center for Trade Policy and Law Moscow.
In 2011, he organized and become Director General of the law firm LexGuard LLP, providing professional services on preparation and support of antidumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations.
In July 2012 joined WTC Moscow team.
