Ousama Ghannoum brings 25 years of successful commercial experience to the World Trade Center. He founded the Abu Dhabi chapter of the WTC where he served as General Manager until 2012, when he assumed the position of board director for WTC Beirut. He additionally serves as a member of WTCA’s Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Ousama’s 25 years of in-depth experience in the service industry and export promotion have laid the foundation for joint-venture assignments, as well as marketing products and services globally. He has successfully developed strategies and implemented marketing and export promotion programs for local businesses and government organizations. This has included years of hands-on responsibility in developing international business relations, and providing local businesses with services and programs to assist them in carrying out successful business operations beyond domestic boundaries.
He worked for the Private Services Development Project (PSDP) under the direction of the Jordanian Ministry of Planning, which was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Ousama Ghannoum holds an MBA degree from the College of Notre Dame and a Bachelors degree in Management from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management. He serves on several committees and boards including Poltrona Frau Emirates.
