Nausika Kasinou, Mystery Shopping Supervisor, World Trade Center Cyprus

Nausika holds the position of “Mystery Shopping Supervisor” for the World Trade Center Cyprus acting as a key point of contact for clients enrolling for mystery projects providing a professional and friendly service.

Nausika is enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills that help her manage the team of Mystery Shoppers ensuring they understand the process and requirements.

With her lively character she manages to maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and meet customer satisfaction at all times.

Nausika joined the World Trade Center Cyprus 2011 as a part time Mystery Shopper/Scorer. Due to her dedication and hard work she became a full time employee and within eighteen months she was promoted to Mystery Shopping & Services Coordinator.

Nausika was born in Limassol. She graduated from the University of England in 2010 with a degree in Graphic Design. Once she returned to Cyprus she worked as a secretary. Nausika enjoys cycling and travel around the world.
