My position is as "the director of first impressions" for WTCA. I answer phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries about our organization. I manage the front desk, maintain the appearance of the office and all of its needs, and assist all Team Members with various administrative tasks.
Favorite place I have traveled for work: Last February 2013, Kinear Young, Kristina Muller and I went on a road trip and visited these WTCs: WTCs Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia. It was an enjoyable learning experience for all of us.
A business leader I look up to: I admire anyone who has achieved success in something they passionately believe in, and with that, they give back to those in need, either in the U.S., or anywhere in the world.
