Carlos Torres, Chief Operation Officer, World Trade Center Guadalajara

Carlos has more than twenty five years of experience in Logistics, Commerce and International Development. He has a vast knowledge in all commerce aspects such as: customs, legal affairs and IRS matters. He was a key member in the launching of AT&T in Guadalajara in 1988. Moreover Carlos has been the leader in more than twenty projects dealing with Marketing, Infrastructural Design, Logistics, Construction, Equipment, Operational Management of Airport and Railway Cargo Logistic Terminals, between others.

For the last fifteen years Carlos has been working in WTC Guadalajara, first developing the logistics and international division as CEO for all services regarding: airport and inland ports, customs brokerage, ground handling, VMI, transportation, freight forwarding, maquila, shelter and market strategy services; Nowadays Carlos is responsible of the clonation for these developments in the national and international market. Carlos was a key member in the launching and consolidation of the Group. Carlos’s broad experience in commerce matters has been vital in the expansion and growth of WTC Guadalajara.
