Styliana is the Operations Manager for World Trade Center Cyprus since 2009, which gives her the opportunity to deal with all aspects of business as well as clients.
Styliana’s customer service orientation enables her to respond to clients’ needs immediately by recognising their requirements and characteristics; a tool which helps build a trusting relationship. Her open character and enthusiasm play an active role in boosting the performance of her team, enabling them to deal with work challenges and opportunities.
In 2004 she joined World Trade Center Cyprus as Business Development Officer, bringing her experiences of the business especially the hospitality sector which helped in setting-up the services offered. She is also actively involved in the licensed operations of Signature Training & Business Solutions for Cyprus and MENA Regions.
Styliana started her professional career in the Hospitality Industry of Cyprus, after graduating from St. Godric’s College in London with a diploma in Administration and Hotel & Catering studies. She is also a Signature Worldwide Certified Trainer in Customer Service and Sales Skills. She also attended courses in: Training Needs Analysis by TMI, Elements of HR Management by UCLA and is a Graduate Assistant of Dale Carnegie Human Relations & Effective Communications Program. She speaks and writes Greek, English and Spanish.
