Embassy Chef Challenge

Embassy Chef Challenge 2014 is a truly unique culinary experience that is an extraordinary tribute to international cuisine! Celebrating its sixth anniversary, Embassy Chef Challenge is Cultural Tourism DC’s signature fundraising event, showcasing one of Washington’s best-kept secrets: the world-class talents of embassy chefs. Up to 15 private chefs from Washington’s embassies will serve small bite appetizers to show off the unique cuisine of their country and compete to win the challenge. A panel of celebrity judges will select a winner and guests will vote for the people’s choice. In addition to the Chef Challenge, one-of-a-kind silent and live auctions feature exclusive experiences provided by our embassy partners, affiliate organizations, and some of the most sought-after cultural institutions in Washington and the nation.
