Michelle Corbin is Port of San Diego's Director of Human Resources. Her areas of emphasis include labor relations and management human relations strategy. She has been interviewed by Port Strategy Magazine, a national magazine for senior port executives, regarding her views on the importance of Human Resources. She has also made significant contributions to the long-term sustainability of the organization in the areas of pension and benefits.

Elsa Juarez is Port of San Diego's Manager of Human Resources. She is also serves on the scholarship committee for Mana de San Diego, the Mexican-American Women’s National Association, a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist young girls and women in their future success. Elsa’s area of expertise include compensation, supervisor coaching and employee relations. She has been interviewed as the Port spokesperson by several Mexican television stations, regarding important projects such as the completion of a project to make Port parks more accessible and the signing of a long-term contract with Dole Shipping.
