NANTES, FRANCE - World Trade Center Nantes Atlantique looks back at Chinese New Year Celebration held February, 28th 2014.

The Pays de la Loire Region is among the leading regions in France in terms of economic development. It is a diverse and thriving area that is home to 150 000 companies, among them international leaders in the nautical sector, food processing industry & biotechnologies (Terrena, Manitou, STX France, Sercel, Armor, Defontaine, Tipiak …). It’s the 5 largest region in France in terms of population.

More than 300 SMEs of the Region Pays de la Loire already export or are settled in China.  This reception gathered 120 local companies and included special traditional chinese show, cocktail dinner and networking.

• Jean Noël Gaultier, vice-chairman of the French region pays de la Loire, in charge of international affairs;

• David Gérard, vice-chairman of the WTC Nantes Atlantique, in charge of the China business club
• Sun Yamei, vice-chairman of the Association of Chinese students in Nantes
• Shan JIANG, 3rd secretary of Embassy of China in France 
• WAN Li, political adviser of Embassy of China in France

The World Trade Center Nantes Atlantique includes a China business club which aims at promoting information, expertise and networking in favour of local international businesses willing to expanding their businesses in China.
