Economia Internazionale/International Economics is an international economic journal founded in 1948 by the Institute for International Economics. The founders of the journal include the most important economists of the time: Einaudi, Amoroso, Bresciani Turroni, Corbino, D'Alauro, Del Vecchio, Fasiani, Iannaccone and Travaglini. The journal published not only the results of the researches carried out by the Institute but also articles by external contributors, on condition that they were of outstanding scientific value. The Institute produced a very high level scientific journal, written mainly in English, providing a vehicle for circulation among economists worldwide of the most rigorous scientific ideas and analysis models in the field of political economy and international economy in particular. In more than sixty years International Economics has published important contributions by scholars from all over the world (including papers by Nobel Prize winners) and it is one of the most widespread journal in the world.
